•  Tell me about yourself

 I’m Karen M. Dayusan 18 years old from Sta. Mesa Manila. A Graduate of  Legal Office Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

• How would you describe personality?

I'm a person who wants  to discover new things in daily life. I've always Prided myself for being not an easy Girl.

• What are you your strengths?

First and foremost is GOD, he's the one who give me Strength in every Struggles I have encountered. and of course my FAMILY and my FRIENDS they are one who keeps me holding on.

• What are my weaknesses?

When time comes I felt Discrimination among people around me.

• How did you do in School?

I make my school days go  by thinking of the next hour or what I will do when i get home.

• How do you look for in a Job?

Looking forward to find a job that i am comfortable to work with and suits my Abilities.

• How long would you stay with us?

For me I want a Lifetime career.

• Describe what would be an ideal working environment?

A workplace where i can grow not only professionally but intellectually, where my own ideas are received as well as innovative and knowledge.

• What kind of people do you find to work with?

The kind of people who are lazy and do nothing all day and still expect to get return out of it. 

• How do you handle rejection?

I will try to let go of the feeling and take every mistake as a new challenge to face and a new experience to learn.

• Example of my creativity?

By doing my Job differently and successfully, by thinking both positive and negative site of any situation.

• What are your Career goals?

Is  to take up new challenges each time  to revive myself and add value to the company and to make the company rely on me to crucial circumstances and decision making.

• Why we should hire you?

Because I can be an asset in your company, my knowledge and expertise will help to motivate more.

• How would you like be an asset  to this company?

By consistently  going beyond the expectations  to which the company expects me to perform well.

• What is more important money or work?

Money is always important. after all, no one works for free, but by enjoying your work with your co-workers and your boss. my point is in order for you to survive you should work hard.

• What kind of person would you refuse to work with?

A trivial. it would take disloyalty  to the organization, and who are lazy.

• what qualities do you look for in a boss?

A  boss who have proper quality to guide his/her employee. a humble, a good human being and a good motivator.

• What kind of salary are you looking forward for?

A kind of salary that i can not only live on, but enjoy life as well.

• Would you describe a few situations in which your work was criticize?

Be Specific.  It's quite common to commit mistakes. But the thing to be remembered is not to repeaat them again.

• What is the best way for you to look for  your desired job?

Well that dream job really be everything you imagine it to be? Once you have identified a field that is the best natch for you. The knowledge  you gain from discovering and matching your skills is the key to finding a job.
